Woolworths needed the supply chain to answer questions faster than weekly packs and pivot tables—where demand is shifting, where capacity is binding, and what “good” looks like before the trucks roll. We co-created logistics chain intelligence that stitched signals from network, inventory, and fulfilment into a coherent picture planners and operators could trust in the same conversation.
On top of visibility we built the optimisation muscle: scenarios, constraints, and trade-offs encoded so teams could rehearse decisions instead of discovering regret in the DC yard. The story that stuck was not a single model—it was fewer blind spots, cleaner handoffs between functions, and a chain that could explain why the next move was the right one.
